As a higher education administrator and a counselor educator for graduate students, my greatest interests lie in helping to create and support inclusive organizations that are focused on promoting equity, health, and well-being. My expertise primarily centers on college and university leadership, college student mental health and wellness, conflict resolution, and prevention and response to campus crises, with deep experience in program development and execution.
My contributions as a consultant focus on building and supporting inclusive communities by identifying each person's unique contributions and by creating optimal solutions for the client and the company. I use wisdom and strategy to uncover talent and advance the pieces on the board to achieve common goals. I help people thrive in environments that are focused on learning and development, and where there is access to authentic belonging and purpose. My clients have described me as a consultant who was as committed to "making sure we got it right" as they were, and as a professional who created a "sense of real partnership" as we worked together.
